Arctic pilsner

5.0% ABV, 4 SRM, 30 IBU

A Czech style pilsner brewed with 100% malt and hops imported from the Czech Republic. This lager has a full-bodied malt profile balanced by floral and spicy Saaz hops. It finishes with a crisp bitterness.

bramble raspberry vanilla wheat ale

4.5% ABV, 15 IBU

An American-style wheat ale fermented on generous amounts of raspberry puree and aged on whole vanilla beans to produce a refreshingly tart beer with a delicate hint of vanilla and a velvety finish.

fang ipa

6% ABV, 6 SRM, 45 IBU

This East coast style IPA has a bright juicy hop aroma with notes of pineapple, mango and guava supported by a firm but delicate malt sweetness. It finishes with gentle hop bitterness and a medium body to provide a more drinkable and approachable IPA that still has a lot of flavour.

pine pass pale ale

5% ABV, 4 SRM, 35 IBU

A crisp refreshing hop forward hazy pale ale. Moderate bitterness balanced by a clean malt profile giving way to a bright pine, citrus and stone fruit hop characteristic.

six mile stout

6% ABV, 39 SRM, 40 IBU

A rich stout with bold flavours of coffee, dark chocolate and roasted barley that's supported by a sweet and complex body containing hints of molasses and caramelized sugar.

Viking amber ale

5.5% ABV, 13 SRM, 25 IBU

An American-style amber ale with subtle hints of roast malt, graham cracker and caramel. A slight fruitiness derived from a healthy dose of Pacific Northwest hops added at the end of the boil.

Nechako west coast ipa

7.2 % ABV, 60 IBU

Dank citrus, pine and grapefruit dominate the palate and aroma. The upfront bitterness is balanced nicely with Canadian 2-row malt. Finishes crisp and clean.

siftons Irish stout

4.5% ABV, 20 IBU

This beer shines with roastiness and bittersweet chocolate qualities with a dry coffee-like finish on the palate. It's a well-balanced brew with layers of flavor that will leave you coming back for more.

lONG CANYON LAGER

4.8% ABV, 20 IBU

We combined our favourite Canadian malts with our house yeast to create this smooth easy drinking lager. We gave it plenty of time fermenting slow and cold to bring out rich bready notes from the barley and to give it a silky smooth finish. Light, refreshing, crisp, clean, this lager ticks all of the boxes

vanilla mocha ale

6.2% ABV, 18 IBU

Crafted exclusively for Ale Fest, we started with a small batch of our seasonal Cold Brew Coffee Ale and infused it with generous amounts of fresh cacao and vanilla. The result is a Vanilla Mocha Ale that is silky smooth and bursting with flavor

Caledonia Cold Brew Coffee Ale

5.0% ABV, 18 IBU

This Copper coloured mild ale was brewed with a crystal malt and a high percentage of flaked oats to provide a a rich silky mouthfeel and delicate biscuit and toffee flavours. We carefully brewed well over 140 lbs of fresh roasted Coffee from our friends at Mercedes beans and Model teas and added it it to this beer in the fermentation vessel to give it a full bodied and balanced coffee flavour and aroma that compliments this smooth easy drinking fall ale
